Shipping Policy
When will I receive my order?
It takes 1-3 business days to process your order. We are located in the Amsterdam, but our warehouse is international. Due to high demand, shipping may take longer. For orders in Australia, it normally takes 6-12 business days.
What happens if my order gets stuck or lost in the mail?
All our orders are shipped by our international supplier with insurance for shipping and handling. If an order gets stuck in customs, returned or even lost in the delivery process, we apologize! The postal service is beyond our control. However, in cases like this, because packages are insured, if possible, we will send you a new package with faster shipping and full tracking. Please refer to our Refund and Return Policy for situations where this may apply to shipping situations.
Are there any charges for customs and taxes?
The prices displayed on our site are tax-free in EUR, which means you may be responsible for paying customs duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, customs duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, these are determined by the local customs office. Payment of these fees and taxes is your responsibility and is not covered by us. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs in your country. Please contact your local customs office for more details on costs.
Can I track my package?
Sure! We ship all your items for FREE with Track & Trace. You can follow the status of your order via the 'Track your order' page. You will receive this link by email once your order has been shipped.
Please note that it may take a while before the Track & Trace status is available.
Not At Home for Delivery: What Now?
Is delivery of your package not possible? Then it will be held for you for 7 days at the distribution center of the courier service. You will be notified of this by the driver, including information about the pickup location. If this is not the case, contact the transport company in the first instance. We are also at your service at info@labelfare.com
Incorrect Address.
It is your responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is correct. We do our best to expedite the processing and shipping process, so there is always a small window of opportunity to correct an incorrect address. Please contact us immediately if you suspect the shipping address is incorrect.
Lost or Stolen Package
We are not liable for lost or stolen packages. If the Track & Trace indicates that your package has been delivered to your address, but you have not received it, please report it within 14 days of the indicated delivery date. The courier service will then start an investigation. We will keep you informed until the end of this investigation.
