Tracking Your Order
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.
- You can track your order through the ‘Track Your Order’ page on our website.
- Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking information to update.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
- Orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and customs fees depending on your country’s regulations.
- These fees are not included in our prices and must be paid by the recipient.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.
Missed Delivery & Incorrect Address
- If you are not home for delivery, the courier may leave a collection notice or attempt redelivery.
- If an incorrect shipping address is provided, we are not responsible for lost packages. Please contact us immediately if you need to correct an address.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
- If your package is lost or delayed, please contact the courier service first for updates.
- If your package is marked as delivered but you have not received it, you must report it within 14 days so we can assist with an investigation.
- Labelfare.com is not liable for stolen packages once marked as delivered.
